How do I care for my jewellery?
Our pieces are made to be worn often — but treated gently.
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
Avoid water, sweat, perfume, lotions, and chemicals.
Take pieces off before showering, sleeping, or exercising.
Store them in a dry spot — not your jeans pocket.
Natural stones can be a little quirky — not perfectly perfect.
We love that, and hope you do too. Each one is one-of-a-kind.
Pearls are extra gentle souls:
Keep them away from perfume and makeup, and wipe them softly after wearing.
Gold-plated pieces prefer a soft life.
Friction and moisture can fade their colour over time — totally normal.
Sterling silver may naturally oxidise and darken with time.
This is completely normal and can be easily cleaned with a silver polishing cloth or a gentle silver cleaner.
Treat them gently. Love them lots.
And… try not to forget where you put them.

What materials do your pieces use?
Our jewellery is made with a small selection of materials we love and trust.
We work primarily with:
Sterling silver and gold-plated sterling silver.
Natural stones and crystals, each with its own texture and tone
Freshwater pearls, chosen for their soft, organic shapes
All materials are selected for everyday wear, and for the quiet character they bring to each piece.
Because we use natural stones and pearls, no two pieces are identical.
Slight variations in colour, shape, and surface are what make each piece one of a kind.
Our jewellery is handmade in small batches, made slowly and with care — meant to be worn often, and kept for a long time.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Period
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at [your email] with your order number before sending the item back. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Returns must be sent via Australia Post.
We cannot accept courier deliveries.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With all original packaging (including gifts)
- With the protective tag intact and not removed
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or any condition that affects resale cannot be accepted.
If the protective tag has been removed, torn, or damaged, the item is not eligible for return or exchange.
Bundled Purchases
If items were purchased as part of a bundle or set:
- Returned together — You may receive a full refund for the entire bundle.
- Returned separately — You will receive a proportionate refund based on the individual item’s price.
If a partial return causes the remaining kept items to fall below the free shipping threshold of $100, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow several business days for processing, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it so we can assist you with availability and instructions.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
